Southern Glove announced today that the grandson of company founder Arthur C. Little has purchased half of the controlling shares of the company. Brent Fidler, President and CEO of Southern Glove Manufacturing Company, Incorporated purchased all of the shares owned by his aunt Janice L. Harvey, the daughter of Arthur C. Little which now provides him with a controlling interest in the company.
Fidler has been President of Southern Glove since December 2000 and has helped transition the company from a domestic manufacturer of gloves into a multinational manufacturer of various types of products including work glove, sleeves, aprons, pet products and others.
